Inside a restored Sephardi house that is currently a museum. Even though smaller than the museum in Girona, it is very informative and well done.Statue of MaimonidesEast wall of the Cordoba synagogue showing where the Torahs were keptLooking up at the Mechitza in the synagogue.Tower of the MezquitaInside the MezquitaInside the MezquitaInside the MezquitaJust love Córdoba. The old town area is relatively small and easy to get around. The synagogue here is well preserved and the museum is excellent. Córdoba has a Sephardi restaurant that does not serve pork. It changed owners from the last time I was here but the food was still good and we had a cello/guitar duo for entertainment. The Mezquita started out as a mosque. The interior is quite spectacular as you can see from the pictures. Unfortunately the Catholics converted the center into a church.
