More from Zadar

After recovering from climbing up the bell tower, I went out just before sunset to visit the sea organ and the Greetng to the Sun display. Both these things were created by architect Nikola Basic. The organ uses sea water to play pipes and whistles while the other stores the sunlight and uses it to light up the display at night. I have videos of both but don’t know how to load them on WordPress. After visiting these sights I found the restaurant Nate and Jessica ate at during their honeymoon. Again I had grilled calamari, grilled mushrooms and sautéed kale. I followed up on my walk home with strawberry gelato. There is a gelato shop on every corner.  I could really get used to eating in Croatia. This morning I walked through areas I missed yesterday. Saw the Land Gate and a cute marina. I am writing this post in Split. I arrived by bus and now resting before meeting my tour group. I actually really enjoyed traveling by myself but am looking forward to sharing more with others. Croatia is a wonderful country that is very easy to travel in. I am again having trouble posting pictures. I will make them a separate post.
