On to Malaga

Our road scholar tour ended in Granada. Reggie and I decided to spend a couple of nights in Malaga. It is a delightful town right on the Mediterranean. We visited a Picasso museum and took a cruise in the harbor.

Our Airbnb was exactly one block from the big farmers market. Here is a spice stall.
The harbor

We walked around the Soho area which is known for street art and restaurants. We had our first paella of the trip here.

Our paella plated.
Since we had the Airbnb, we did breakfast in our apartment with food gotten at the local markets.

Here is some of the art that fascinated me in the Picasso museum.

Les Demoiselles d’Avignon. Not the original.
Bust of Roman warrior
Head of a bull made from a bicycle handle bar and seat
Two tiny sculptures
