Cruising the Nile

It turns out the cruise ships have very bad Internet. What Internet service they have, can only be done in the reception area and that is spotty. I just want to let everybody know that I am really having a great trip and really miss not being able to write my blog. When I finally get to the hotel in Luxor, I will catch up with everybody. The guide is an Egyptologist, and a very good one at that. I’m actually learning how to read some hieroglyphics and understand the pictures inside the temples and tombs.

  1. Glad to hear you’re having such a good time. So much fascinating history there. I know you will love Luxor. Assume you have been to Abu Simbel too. We found it breathtaking. Safe travels and look forward to catching up once you have better connectivity.
