I am in Boston visiting my college roommates before I head on to Germany and Norway. On one of the days Eileen and I took a walk in one of the parks in Newton so I can take pictures of fall colors. Of course I had to eat lobster one night. Also found out that shukshuka is becoming an in food. So since I’ve eaten it quite a bit in Israel, Eileen and I decided to make a batch.I googled a recipe on the Internet and it was very successful. On Thursday I leave for Germany.
