First day in Vienna

Our first stop was St. Stephens Cathedral in the Old Town. The Cathedral was completed in 1160 CE and was built in the romanesque style. It is known for its tile roof. It had some pretty funny figures in the church.

After the Church we walked around the Old Town. Vienna has incredible buildings and monuments and statues wherever you look. Here are some photos.

After lunch we went to the Museum of Fine Arts. First are some pictures of the building. I also tried to photo descriptions of the photos. The second painting is of Judith holding the head of Holofernes. To finish the day, after dinner we attended a string quartet concert.
